The structure of these hoop earrings have been created out of recycled sterling silver. The metal was melted down until the desired shape was formed. They were then hammered to add texture.
These open forms are intentionally cut out, and replaced with many layers of bronze chain. The chain filling in the gaps is meant to represent starting over, piecing things back together, adding beauty to the spaces that are missing.
These measure about 5" in length and are one of a kind.
Your earrings will come in a jewelry box lined in pressed floral papers. Each box is tied up with twine and adorned with skeleton leaves.
